We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 5-7 working days from the order date. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. If the item is returned back to us it is the customers responsibility to pay for the redelivery. For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges. Please note that once your order is posted, it is your responsibility to get in touch with the carrier if your product needs to be redelivered to you.
We are unable to offer refunds or accept any returns. If you are unsure about any products please email at aski@malihaabidi.com and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
When placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re unable to accept responsibility for orders lost in transit, returned due to an incorrect address or packages that go unclaimed. If the postal service is unreliable in your country it is strongly recommended to pick ‘Tracked’ as your shipping option.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. All prices are quoted in U.S Dollars. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
International orders may be subject to the relevant import taxes and customs duties and fees of the destination country.
Items to be delivered within the UK will be sent primarily by Royal Mail using their Special Delivery service. For items sent internationally these may either be sent through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or another suitable post carrier. Once your items are placed by us with the relevant post carrier, we are no longer liable for those items and in the event that they are late, lost or stolen, it is with the relevant post carrier that any liability for late, lost or stolen items will lie.

This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.
The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie.
